Part-Time Mobile Pet Groomer

Are you a skilled Dog Groomer looking for part-time hours and more flexibility in your schedule? Zoomin Groomin is hiring a Part-Time Mobile Pet Groomer to serve pet families throughout Southern Fairfield County. If you enjoy working independently, building relationships with pet parents, and making pets look and feel their best—we’d love to meet you!

Our groomers work from fully equipped vans, giving pets a calmer experience and groomers more freedom to thrive. You focus on what you do best—we’ll provide the tools, vehicle, and support to help you succeed.

What We Offer (Part-Time Perks):

  • 45–50% commission on services (based on experience)
  • 100% of tips
  • Typical daily earnings: $250–$500, depending on appointments
  • Flexible schedule: 2–4 days per week, 4–6 hour shifts available

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide grooming services (bathing, brushing, haircuts, nail trims, etc.)
  • Ensure a safe, clean, low-stress environment in our mobile van
  • Communicate with pet owners to understand needs and preferences
  • Keep grooming records and follow health/safety best practices

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of professional grooming experience
  • Comfort working with dogs of all breeds and sizes
  • Strong attention to detail and customer service focus
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Ability to work independently with a positive, reliable attitude
  • Grooming certification a plus (but not required)
